We want you to feel confident and empowered in your NADINE MERABI piece; if it is not quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure items are unworn, with all original tags and the security ribbon still attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Item
Carefully place the garment in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and the branded security ribbon remain intact and undamaged.
Ship the Package
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
